Manchester United legend, Wayne Rooney has come out to compare youngster, Kobbie Mainoo to a World Cup winner from Germany. He recently had his say while speaking to the press, and fans have been reacting.
According to him, the youngster is definitely incredible for such a young age, and he reminds him a young Bastian Schweinsteiger with how he plays.

Rooney added that the maturity Mainoo has shown has been immense and he always seems to make the right decisions with the ball.
His words, “I think he’s incredible for such a young age, with the maturity he’s shown. When you see any young players come into the first team they’re normally a bit raw or play off the cuff.
